Shipments and returns
Your package will be dispatched from our Montreal, Canada warehouse. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post service. We provide a tracking number depending on the service level that you choose. Letter mail will not have a tracking number. Expedited shipping and internationnal shipping service will provide a tracking number.
We will ship our products worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated automatically, but you can contact us if there is a problem with the shipping fee calculation.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
At this time, returns are allowed for UNUSED products or DEFECTIVE products. Returns must be made within 60 days of the original invoice date. The buyer must pay for the shipping fees. Before you return a product, you must provide clear explanation of the problem and pictures of the product. This will help us to determine if we can accept the return. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we believe that the product has been used and that it is no longer possible for us to resell it in new condition. We can accept returns on parts that are not a good fit for your application, but the product must remain in the same condition as when you received it.
All return requests will be evaluated individually. All these conditions are not guaranteed and we reserve the right to modify the shipping and return conditions depending on the situation. We will do our best to resolve any issue with the customer and give 100% satisfaction.
